1st Down Technologies™ announces the release of FirstDown PlayBook™ Youth!!

We are pleased to deliver our latest football coaching tool, designed specifically for Youth football Coaches, Players, and Parents. This is a complete Web-based playbook solution for coaches with Runs, Passes, Blocking Assignments, and views against multiple Defensive Fronts. Additionally, in this version we also provide the ability to print Coach’s Playbook(s). Note: The ability to print Player Wristband sheets and ‘Share’ plays via email is expected to be available within the next two weeks.

To learn more, check out our Youth page and interactive Flipbook. We expect to launch a Video tutorial soon as well.

Since we already have thousands of users building playbooks in our FirstDown PlayBook™ Dropback passing App, available on iTunes, we decided to maintain the look and feel and much of the same functionality between the two products.

Further, we continue to provide these high quality, professionally drawn plays at an affordable price. In the case of our Youth application, each Formation is priced at just $14.99. Since every formation has 40 plays within, this represents approximately $.40 per play! Afterall, this playbook application is By a Coach, for Coaches. See Coach Charlie Coiner’s bio. Our play architect, Derek Schouman, is currently on the New Orleans Saints roster and once again enjoying the NFL.

We have been focused on product quality and functionality these past months, so an End User Guide is not yet available. It is our intent that this product is essentially self-explanatory and user-friendly. However, if you have any questions, Contact us and we’ll gladly provide assistance. It is likely that we will announce various online product demonstrations soon as well.

Certainly, more information will become available as we move forward. Be sure to follow us via our various communication options – Blog, Facebook, and Twitter.

Thank you for helping us Keep the Drive Alive! We wish all the teams much success.
