Colts Heads Up Linebacker Play
By FirstDown PlayBook on Nov 24, 2015

The idea was that on your own one yard line a hard two back run fake out of 22 personnel would have the linebackers attacking the run aggressively and it would make it easier to stick a slant route in there to the slot Tight End.

Unfortunately for the Falcons the Colts backside linebacker read it late when he saw the tailback standing up without the ball. He drops back under the slant and six short yards later he is standing in the end zone having made a critical play in the Colts 24-21 victory over Atlanta!
