FirstDown PlayBook Field Backgrounds

By FirstDown PlayBook on Oct 10, 2019

Some of our FirstDown PlayBook flag football coaches have asked us about how to put a field background on their plays. This is very easy and we will get to that in a second. First, here’s why we didn’t put a field in the background to begin with.

As we have mentioned before, there are a lot of different versions of flag football being played out there. Some of the youth flag leagues don’t play on a regular football field. For this reason we left the field background off of these plays.

As you know by now, there is not a lot FirstDown PlayBook hasn’t thought of when it comes to drawing football plays. This is why we have made it very easy to add or remove a field background from any FirstDown PlayBook play.

You have the ability to add a high school football field, a college football field or an NFL football field. FirstDown PlayBook offers you a mid-field option. We also offer you a “backed up” or “coming out” and a red zone field option. This is not to mention that you can select a long field background or a short field. Starting to get the picture?

This short video will walk you through how to do this. Also, while we are talking about field backgrounds, we have some pretty cool news coming your way shortly that is going to have you and your entire football staff pumped. Stay tuned!
